Privacy policy

This page explains how Noroshi Lab (のろしラボ, a sole proprietorship in Japan) handles personal data collected on https://norolab.me. The Japanese version is the governing text.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, the product you signed up for, the page language and the time of sign-up.
• Reservations and purchases: payments are made on a Stripe, Inc. checkout page. We receive the name, email address, amount and country that Stripe provides. We never receive your card number.
• Email to info@norolab.me: whatever you write to us.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why

Waitlist addresses are used only to tell you about the release, reservations and price of the product you chose. Purchase data is used to issue licences, handle refunds and answer questions, and kept as required by law.

Services we use

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, waitlist storage (Workers KV) and spam protection (Turnstile). Your IP address and browser information are processed by Cloudflare. Cloudflare privacy policy · Turnstile privacy addendum

Retention

Waitlist addresses are deleted within 12 months after the release announcement, or after we announce that the product is cancelled.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law.
